I have 4 seeds that have sprouted on tissue and i have very carefully put them into the pot Do i keep them covered and in the dark ? At what point do i put them under lights?

If you have them buried in soil/coco you turn on lights as soon as the seedling breaks above ground.
Or you can turn on lights now to get the room/tent up to temperature. Either way is cool

Thank you, i have them in biobizz light mix, straight from the tissue and lightly covered. So i should leave them untill they rise up a little? Then i can put them under the light?

Either way is fine! The seedling will find light regardless. If they are in soil, give them about 3 days..

They have been transplanted and are now under the light, will start a diary soon, thanks everyone.
