New Grower HELP with FFOF PH Problem

im currently doing my first grow and my soil mix is in (4) 3 gal smart pots
SOIL MIX:
50% OF
30% Jiffy Seedling Mix
20% Perlite
1.33 cups of dolomite lime 2 days ago
Ive read about the low ph of OF which is why i decided to "cut" it with the seedling mix at this point my accurate 8 ph meter didnt arrive yet so i was unaware of the soils ph. just to be safe i made a core of seedling mix in the pot with the above blend around the core just to be safe as to not burn the seedlings. as of now my seeds are open and show a taproot and i have placed them in my rapid root cubes and they are ontop of my router. well today i measured the soils ph with my accurate 8 and the outer /jiffy layer is reading 5.7-5.9ish toward the more moist soil(i did water when i put the lime in) and the core is reading 6.8(didnt water)... but then i figured id compare it with a "mosser Lee soil test kit and it comes out to around 7.0(before i added the lime it was around a low 6. This sample was taken at the top of the pot and dry soil ) im not sure what to think with the different readings im a complete noob whn it comes to anything more than planting bagseed in miracle grow and water)... is the outer core going to be a problem? if so what should i do to correct it?
for nutes im planning on using:
Advanced Nutrients Ph Perfect Sensi Grow A&B and Ph Perfect Bloom A&B as well as B-52, Voodoo Juice,Overdrive and Big Bud. I tested the Ph of my tap water and it was aroun 7-7.2 (a healthy green color on my general hydroponics ph up down test kit). so i whipped up in 1 liter of water 1 ml of sensi grow A&B(amount reccomendedfor seedlings) and some of the rapid root solution and the AN Ph perfect works as far as self regulating ph. (came to a light golden color in the test) this was just a test to see what my tap water's Ph was and if the nutes worked the way they say they do.( i know they were designed for RO water).

You probably had too much nutes. OF soil already have enough nutes for a cannabis plant to grow. The more nutes we add to the mix, the more times we have to adjust the pH water. I use OF soil for my first grow and it's been 26 days without adding nutes and the plant loves it pretty much. I only add 6.0 ph water with mixed 1/4 ml of liquid seaweed for every other watering. You may have to add nutes to the mix first before measuring pH level. It's not the best advice from a novice grower but I hope it helps.
