Hi all!
So I'm approaching week 9 (Tuesday) on my first grow & my girls (orange sherbert and lemon pie) are starting to look raggedy. The OS has some fan leaves yellowing along the sides and the LP has the top leaves curling, routed brown spots and the texture is very dry/crunchy.
I have them both in a super soil mix consisting mainly of coco/perlite/peat moss. I started off by blending in some great organic nutes at the beginning of the run and throughout the grow I have been using Dr. Earth dry amendments. Nothing has really changed in my routine, humidity has been around 55%, & temp is around 21 - 22 C. I haven't had any issues until the past couple of days. I did check my ph of my soil and is around 7.5 - 8 & the plants are showing deficiencies. I'm assuming it's a nutrient lock out due to alkaline soil & the signs of deficiencies.
How should I proceed to attempt to save them? I'm afraid to do a flush because I do not want to kill all the great nutrients in the soil. Is there a way to lower the pH of my soil to try to salvage my girls? I just don't know if I’m freaking out over nothing because I’m not 100% not sure if this is something that normally happens right before harvest?
