New Grower Help! Mi5 short stuff & la diva Delicious seeds

Age: 25 days for la diva probably around 18 for mi5
Nutes: fox farm 9 // half strength
Soil: ffof
temp:70s
humidity: 40-70%
water: around every 3 days. just learning weights.

600 hps and two 105 watt 6500k cfl
on 24/7 because of temps winter in a garage

I had a problem with my reservoir early on. had a heater in the water to keep it from freezing. I have 2 air stones in reservoir but my water still ended up milky and smelly. I didn't know what this was at first and did give it to the plants once. I now use hperoxide to keep water clean and have flushed plants with water and 3% solution of peroxide that i mix down from 27% .

some of the leaves are disformed and the other plants seem to have a bit droopy leaves. only the small one is really growing slow the others have picked up and can see noticeable growth every day.

Any help would be appreciated. Thinking of just axing the runt.

I'm not much of a hydro guy so can't help you there...and I don't know how the hydrogen peroxide is affecting the plants you may wanna ask one of the hydro ppl around here also... If your running the light at 24/7 only because of the temps then why not but a space heater with a digital thermometer so you can regulate the tempature... IMO you never wanna leave any elements of your grow to chance you wanna regulate everything so you can dial in your system and fully control your grow environment ... Good vibez your way bruh
