How old are they @Skyline7575 ?
IsOF(ocean?) Good for the whole grow or does it need amendments at some stage? And if so how close to recommended barebyou feeding?
Additionally 6.5 is a common standard but i'd go in at 6 for soil, buffer or not, no need to raise soil pH too quickly cause only a flush will sort.
850w is a lot of led watts for 4x4 what distance are you giving your canopy?
They all shown signs of wear n tear but thinking its duo issues, old n new burns (light/nutes) and subsequently a lock out is where my money is.
But I'm no expert, so just mho
I suspect they need food, and because it's
OF soil, I'm betting the in-pot pH is off... That clain of no need for nutes for that long is just plain wrong, they shouldn't even go there with such BS,... that soil is not a complete nutrition source by itself for that long...
You'll need a good soil pH probe to check pH, run-off is very crude even if done right (there's a how-to for this method in the Sticky article section above this one),.... the Accurate 8 (CPW) is a good unit for the money; avoid the cheapo skinny metal probes types, multi-meters you see around, they are lousy!
pH is critical, and if you need to feed, but don't know the soil pH, it's a big gamble on results,.. off pH locks out certain nutrients, and feeds tend to be acidic as well, so it may compound the problem, not fix it!
I used a chart for Fox farms trio and my plants looked very similar.
I did some research and discovered the chart I was using was grossly underfeeding my plants. The new feed chart I have used much more nutes per gallon and my plants have not looked sickly since.
:smoking: yes on the feed, but with the stated caveat about not knowing the pH in there for sure, suspected but not positive it's out of range,...
if you want to "reset" things you can do a flush, and before that do that improved run-off test mentioned above, since you're going to be saturating the soil anyway...
Dolomite is slow acting, though powdered forms work faster,.. problem is top dressing doesn't work fast either, the dolomite just sits more or less on the top zone, and lower down it's not reaching much... flushing will correct faster.
...yeah, multiple issues happening here,..
Get your pH meter calibrated and ready to rock... use up to 2-3x pot volume of water for the flush (best done with low ppm water), but start out with just the same volume as the pot, and test pH (and ppm if you can) the run-off a few times during the flush to monitor progress... reserve a last bit to pour through made up with a mild nute solution to help restore and balance what's been stripped out...
