This is my first grow and I dont want to kill my girls before I get started. Water is RO w/calmag, ppm 180, ph 6.3.Medium is coco/perlite, ebb and flow setup Temp is around 83F and RH is between 50-60%They are 4 days old. They are under 1000w led at a distance os 20 in. i raised a little more since the light is so strong. I stopped watering since the pic. They seem to be still growing. Ive been doing o lot of research but nothing I read can top experience. Im open to any suggestions. Thanks for taking the time to help.

Way too much light. Way too close.

Is the coco you are using straight coco, no amendments? If so, consider lowering ph 5.7-5.9. You can do small waterings daily while seedlings.
I feel that you should raise that 1000 watt light while the seedling are so young. I always start my lights at a minimum of 30", for both the Autocobs I use now and the mass built led lights I used previously.

. the mix is 65/35 coco/perlite. The lights are at 30" now and i did start watering lightly one/day. the have some yellowing of the leaves but seem to be bouncing back and responding well to the change in watering frequency and light height. thx again for the advice. I'm new to this and this is the first time a ever posted anything

Coco has no nutrition in it, it all comes from what you put in. Coco is a feed every time medium, I imagine the yellowing may be due to just water and cal/mag as well as your previous light height.

You need to treat this as a hydro grow, pH and ppm EC are your guide. Coco can grow some big girls.

See if there is a seedling mix for your nutes, they need more than bread and water.

I was going to use to gh flora series alongside cal/mag. The general consensus on my research was not to add any nutes until 10-14 days and because of autoflower strain only 1/4 to half strength. right now the RO+CalMag brings my ppm to around 200. the strain is gorilla glue AF. i couldnt really find anything definitive about nutes for autoflowers. I did however find this chart, although i dont know the accuracy. Thoughts

That rule would apply in soil, where there are nutrients available, coco is inert, empty, the little ones will only get what you give.

The reduced strength I agree with completely, but you need to feed them a little something.

I just added my first set of nutrients, it brought my ppm to 250 and ph is 6.0. I just took some pics. The girls look like they are happy again and bouncing back from my inexperienced mistakes. Thank you again for your input. I wish I get someone to walk me through from beginning to end.

At least you've got the internet and lots of good peeps to answer questions! There was no internet when I started... lots of time spent reading the cannabis bible, and reading high times and other magazines in tower records... old timers then weren't so keen on sharing info.

And lots of mistakes...
