Has anybody seen this before?

Can it be magnesium def? Or could it be heat, or maybe something with the soil pH?

I can´t understand it, if it´s heatstress. I have my temp at an average of 24 deg C (-4,4 deg F), so i can´t see how that works. Occasially the temp highers, but never over 32 deg C (0 deg F), and never under 19 deg C (-7 deg F).
Or on the other hand, maybe it could be from the light? But i have good vent in my tent. The 400w Cooltube, is approx 18-20 " away from the canopy right now. I think it´s a little too far away, and they aren´t getting the light the should and could.
After i saw this on the plants leaves, i raised the light from 14-18 ", to 18-20 ", thinking it was the light. But it didn´t get better. I can easily hold the back of my hand under the light at 8-10 inches away.

I can´t figure it out. The deficiancy shows mostly in the middle of the plant, but the fans on the upper half is also effected. This is a sign that i deal with a N, P or K deficiancy, right? The bigger fanleaves died and dried out in a matter of 2-3 days, without any yellowing. But the "woulds" on the smaller leaves has been there for a week or more.

I´ve had this before, as i wrote yesterday. So it has to be a fairly common deficiancy, right? So someone should have come across it at some point? I have changed the soil since then also. I have searched Google, and here at AF, but i couldn´t find anything like it.

If you have seen this before, and found out what it was and solved it. Please write a sentence or two, and i´ll do the research myself.

Have a good day. /h.

I think i just figured it out. I think it´s the soil pH. I will go test the soil now, and we´ll see what pH? Only problem is that i only have those soil pH-testers.

I think you are right. It is probably Potassium def coused by low soil pH. How do i fix it? Flush her?

I flushed her with 6 liters of pH:d water, and the runoff was about 6,5. I hope this will do thetrick now. Should i maybe do a last flush with a mild bloom solution?

yup... sounds lik a great way to fast-back-on-track... good work mate! :smokebuds:

make sure its on ph point AFTER nutes

I´m sorry, JM. What do you mean "pH point AFTER nutes"? English is not my native language, so sometimes i get confused. :)
Should i mix up like 1 ml/Liter Advanced Nutrients " Big Bud", and water her with the whole liter? Maybe that will be too much?

I'm sorry my english is no better sometimes though its my native language... I know... a disgrace...
I don't know your nutrients that well but that sounds reasonable... I was just saying to make sure ph is correct (5.6-5.9 Hydro / 6.3 - 6.5 Soil) after adding nutrients to your water.

I´m not so fluent in my own native language sometimes, me either. :) But i have really noticed a dramatic difference in my vocabulary since i´ve joined AF. It´s really cool. We (scandinavians) watch the majority of movies, tv in english, every day. But we almost never speak it out loud. I think that the majority of the poulation understand, and can speak english. But we don´t get any practice. It has been really fun and educational being a part of a englishspeaking forum. I have always been active on swedish forums.

Ok, a little bit off topic. Yeah, that´s what i thought you ment, but i had to ask to be sure. I don´t own a pH-meter yet. Just a one of those tubes, with the drip and shake you know? When i adjust the pH i pour up exactly one liter, and then i put in three or four drops of pH-down (citric acid). That will usually do the trick.

Thanks for your help today JM.
