Having a little difficulty in getting my meter to properly calibrate and am thinking my electrode may need replacing. Hoping anyone who also has this meter can offer a little in site.
When I follow the normal single point calibration procedure it comes up with the 7.01 buffer, I place it in the solution and it's reading it at 10.01. The buffering solution is 7.01 so I know that is incorrect. It should then ask for 4.01 calibration but since it's single point, I should be able to press mode and the single point calibration would be complete. I'm not seeing the 4.01 and it just sits there on 7.01. When I press the mode button it goes back to measurement mode and reads the solution as 10.01. So it looks like it's not calibrating properly.
So I'm wondering if the electrode is just dirty or perhaps needs to be replaced.
