New Grower Growing Pains

So My Bathroom Grow is starting to take shape. I have 7 AKR in 5 Gal Buckets fighting for space on the bathtub floor. I centered my shower curtain rod and hung a 400W Hydrofarm HPS light off retractable cables I scored from the Hydro store maybe 24" above the babies. I currently have a seedling that the stem seems to be growing, but the leaves have yet to straighten up an start to sprout. Is this a troubled seedling? I had one with the root growing upwards but I flipped it with a set of tweasers and it seems fine now. Temps stll in low 80's. Any reviews of the AKR would be great!

24in. might be a tad high for the light.from what you have said it sounds like the seedling is strechting for the light.i'd move it down if you can,to like 14 to 18in. from the top of the seedling.
