Problem: So I have done 2 grows in canna coco coir pro. The first one I fed everyday (without that much run off)and I would always get nute burn. second time i tried (current one) I tried feeding every day at start but got same problem as nute burn so I switched to every week (ik this is bad now) From what I was seeing earlier when talking to someone on a different thread they thought it was because I wasn't doing a good enough run off normally I would see no water in bottom tray when feeding. I thought it may also be because of the lights im using. I also think it may be due to ph i did flush the plant a few times with just normal water however i did not do anything to change ph so it would have been around 8-8.5 i did this 2 times i think. is it because of salt build up? any help is very much appreciated.

Medium/grow method: canna coco coir pro

Feed: and supplements used: Advanced Nutrients Sensi Bloom A&B then for bloom AN Carboload Overdrive and cal mag(only once which was today)following this guide : https://www.autoflower.org/threads/...URRBUJ4VcOpYDUXD8dij7PD4kp5Ggei6_Qy6AcZL1Fnzs

also one last thing do you use plastic saucer pots when using coco (like under the plant) or do you have it so the water can drain out the pot into the saucer if you get me so the plant cant retake the water up.

My guess is your PH is severely off. Should be more like 5.7-6.2 for the sweet spot imo

Also... Someone correct me if I'm wrong but you want your RH during the flowering stage at 35%-45% And CalMag Plus has always been good to me and I use it daily.

cheers for the reply any advice on dropping rh? also i am using AN sensi bloom a&b which should correct the ph. Maybe mines gone bad or something. I have also ordered a ph tester.

If you have an exhaust fan, increase the speed. Otherwise adding a fan or two inside to circulate air should help bring it down. Or you can beef up the money for a dehumidifier and get it perfect. Once you get that PH tester, maybe test the PH of the runoff. Good luck and if you have time, check out my grow as I am also growing in Coco Coir and follow me. Good luck https://www.autoflower.org/threads/gorilla-glue-white-widow-coco-coir-first-grow.81870/

So what I do for my plants is I place the 2 gallon bag/pot on top of an upside down 1 gallon saucer. Then I place it inside a 4 or 5 gallon saucer. Sounds confusing but the picture should help. This helps me ensure that the bottom doesn't sit in water and I get perfect runoff. This works for me.

cheers for all the help bro :smokeit:gonna apply your methods gonna put some wooden plants on top on saucer so it can drain only thing is i think i may have messed my carbon filter up  though having too high humidity in early stages. I just feel like less air is coming though any fixes? or just anther 50 on a rhino carbon filter aha.

Sounds Ike you may need to replace the carbon filter. I am not sure how to do a fix myself. Also, make sure you get that humidity down asap or you'll start to deal with mold.
