New Grower growing a plant for seed

i have 3 plants i polinated for seed.a few seed pods are opening up---dont want to loose seed but the girls are not ready yet.should i collect what i can while still growin?or leave them.will seed fall out?never raised seed!!

they should be fine till you harvest.
