Indoor Grow Temerature, and ventilation advice!!

So my seedling started showing me some promising signs today, and im getting geared up now in the next week, the current veg space i have is underneath a computer desk with white towels, yes towels hung all around it to the ground, only have 2 small cfl in there combined 35 watts lol. stuck a thermo in there and its near bang on 25 celcius. is this good, more/less. also as of current i have no ventilation in there. i have an oscilating fan i can use but theres no room. ill need the fan soon i thinks as im planning on getting 250w cfl veg bulb in few days. i want to get a hps 250 kit but i know i canot manage that heat in that space. but i could when i veg them in my attic. im a bit between what to do guys. i would like to have theses issues adressed before i make a grow log

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you about those towels...Lose um my friend....All there going to do is collect bacteria and mold....If your looking to box them in with cheap materials, try going to WalMart and buying some white cardboard...Place the cardboard around the plants like a box....Works for me. Although I only use them on the sides cause my little grow space is in a corner wall and I painted the floor and the walls flat white for reflection...
You really need some kind of fan blowing the air around...It will also strengthen the plant as it slightly sways in the breeze....
For bulbs, all you really need is 3 45 watt bulbs like the pic I posted with my buddies grow space....

Well man, when we want to get growing, things tent to get rushed. So just take your time, get your set up, "set up", and your plants will love you for it...

Besides, how else are we going to learn if we don't try first...You got the girls up, now just make their home nice...

If it's any consolation mate I'm on grow room no. 8! They have all been in my shed and all been of different sizes, cobbled together from crap I had hanging around the garden and yard. I've spent as little as possible and they've all been modified and improved on over the years.
Small computer fans wired into phone charger apparently work well but I don't know how to do it or how safe it is.

The thing is with my setup jim, is that where i have them now is just a temporary, for another week maybe till i can move them to my attic and hope fully have a good strong light over them, there at the end of my bed at the mo lol, which WILL have to go soon because everytime i wake up i poke my head in and get blinded and cant get back to sleep lol.. i started off with the best intentions and high hope, but have realised now that i need to be realistic and accept whatever the outcome of this maybe be.. hope fully some sticky buds, if i can keep myself with weed i can stay off the cig's..
