Hello all,

Like many of you, I joined the forum to learn, expand my skills and knowledge base in this wonderful hobby, and want to grow MONSTERS.

Along the way I've made MANY mistakes, most of which could be traced back to environmental issues, or feed levels.

Now the more I've learned, the more I realise that one affects the other!

E.g. high temperatures and low humidity generally mean having to run a lower EC in hydro.

If your VPD is way out, it doesn't matter what you're feeding/spraying on them, you will always have deficiencies!

too high humidity in any stage of growth reduces rate of transpiration, and therefore nutrient uptake.

Ethylene - the silent killer!
ETC ETC ETC.

I would like this thread to be for the nerds that want it all - the perfect set up, and a problem solving index for those having mystery issues....

I'd like to open discussion by talking about Vapour pressure deficit and C02 levels.

If anybody out there knows their stuff on either, or has some myths that need busting, bring it here, and let's all learn from it!
