I'm building a grow bow, 38"x 38" 18"
Is this big enough for autoflower? If not, can I pinch the top to keep it small in height? (under 34" if possible):peace:

If its 34" tall you should be good. Depends what you use for a light and what strain you grow. An LED will need at least 12" when the plant are mature, with CFLs you could get to within 2-3" of the lights.

Yeah like Namvet said is it 18 inches high? If so that is pretty small to grow cannabis in, you would have to account for the lighting and your bucket or bag or pot(whatever you are growing in) so that really only leaves maybe 8 or 10 inches of actual grow space which is pretty small. You would defintly have to LST(train them by bending the stalks and tying them down) as Goerilla stated it is better to train or bend autoflowers because they do not respond well to being stressed out, which topping or pinching the tops does. Hope this helps, if it is not 18 inches high then I dont think you will have a problem

No, it's 38" high and 38" long and 18" wide, or across.

Ok well in that case you should have plenty of room , but I would defintly stay away from topping or pinching your plants in order to keep them short. I would do a lot of research on LST(Low Stress Training) where you tie each of the branches down in order to keep the plant low and bushy. I have been using the LST method for my last 8 or 9 grows and absolutly love it. Especially with autoflowers because they do not have the time to recover from the stress of cutting a portion of the plant off.
