New Grower Grow 2 and 3/4/5....! First up NYC Diesel from advanced seeds

Hello AFN.

This is my second grow, but will also be my 3rd,4th and 5th as I will be planting 2 plants every 2/3 weeks on a 10 week overall schedule.

I have adapted my grow cabinet by building some steps and the plants will move down a shelf each time 2 new ones go in. I'm hoping that in 10 weeks time I will be harvesting 2 plants every 2/3 weeks.

So this first run I went with Auto NYC Diesel from advanced seeds

All seeds will all be planted in 7.5ltr pots with an air net at the bottom.

The soil I'm using is canna terra professional plus mixed with about 25% perlite

They won't be getting nutes for the first 2 weeks but after that they will be on advanced nutrients.

They will spend the first 2 weeks of life in my propagation/seedling cabinet under this maxibright t5 light

Before being moved into the main cabinet which is using a maxibright digilight pro select

With a cool tube and 400w sunmaster dual spectrum bulb set on 400w

The cabinets are supplied with fresh air from outside with a 4inch fan and I have 2x Carbon filters attached to a 5 inch extractor fan. The main cabinet has 2 X 4 inch usb fans to keep air moving and the propagation/seedling cabinet has 1x 4 inch usb fan.

The main inlet and extractor fans are controlled with an evo technics environment controller

So I think that covers what I'm using and without further a due, here they are on day 4 from planting, the first one popped out the soil this morning. Only one has sprouted but the other was planted 2 days after because it took longer to germinate so that one is only 2 days old so far!!

So it's day 5 from planting Nabila and day 3 for Yasmin, I have named them to make my life easier! Do people normally start day counting from when they plant the seed or when they sprout?

Nabila popped up yesterday as per pics and is slightly bigger today than yesterday.

Yasmin is just about to pop up but the seed shell is still on, I think this is because I planted it slightly 2 shallow! This happened on one of my first seeds in my first grow and it ended up being ok, I will give her a few days.

Hey guys

Ok so I'm now doing the days from when they sprouted and not from when they were planted after some advice from others.

Nabila is on day 5 and the bottle had to come off the top as the leaves were at the side of it this evening, need to get some bigger bottles!

Yasmain is on day 3 and not looking as good because the seed shell was stuck on it and it's a day behind but it's early and I'm sure it will be fine.

Yasmin still playing catch up after the seed shell sticking but she's getter there.
