Hi everybody!

Very glad to have found this forum. I've been soaking up tips n knowledge over the past couple of months and seeing how good the autoflower game is now, I think im gonna have to give it a go. My first grow is going to be on a tight budget. All I have right now are lights and seeds (2x300w mars current gen, Dutch Passion colorado cookies, Humboldt auto blue dream and Sweet Seeds cream mandarine). My aim is to grow one of each strain, either all 3 at once, or 2 followed by the 3rd some weeks into the grow, and to pull at least 2 zips per plant. Now for the questions..

My two tent options for the space I have are 80x80cm and 60x120cm (both about 2m tall from memory). Would they be adequate and which would you go for?

And I also need some advice on Coco vs Soil. Just in terms of a first grow, would soil make things a bit more simple? If I go the soil route I will be following one of Tangs schedules. No run off, watering in litres rather than gallons, no PH checking, just seems a little more straight forward from what Ive seen so far, but the yields certain guys are getting from hempy buckets and coco... I WOULD like to get as much as possible out of it as I may not be growing again for some months. So Im thinking either 15l airpots with plagron, or 10l hempy buckets with coco and perlite. Any adivce would be much appreciated

Me.....compost and perlite. Coco is for the next stage. IMHO Keep it simple my friend.

You are not the MMA bloke are ya ??? lol

Welcome my friend............eP.

Yeah the hempy requires attention even more so with coco, a 10l hempy will grow a tree lol. google Kiss hempy hundreds of pages. I would grow the same strain at one time, Start one then two weeks later another then two weeks later another. Cut your learning curve down to one grow. Learn from the first plant and the second. This will maximize your flower lighting too.

Welcome @cr0crop , I'm a complete newbie to this dude and on my first grow, 33 days in. I would completely recommend going with soil and organic nutes (using bio bizz for my first grow). Less chance of any thing going wrong, I'm not messing about with pH and EC, just getting some plants to harvest and keeping it simple. I have no idea what I'm doing but every thing seems to be working so far. Also I'm getting some great advice here and some members have got an eye on my grow and giving pointers as I go, big up to them. Get a journal started and some one will jump in with some help... here's a link to mine
Good luck dude
