I am GreenJeans, and this is where I will be posting my grows from now on. I have been absent from AFN for several months. Now, hiding behind a better VPN, I plan to log a fresh grow in a few weeks. (when my current grow finishes up)

I am currently using 2 300 watt Mars Hydro old style panels with 5w LEDs, and using CFLs in flower for a little extra punch.

I grow in Deep Water Culture, and am using General Hydroponics Flora Duo series base nutes, Along with their Floralicious Plus, Rapid Start, Liquid KoolBloom, and Flora Nectar additives. I am also using Cal Mag from Earth Juice, and I use Dutch Masters Gold range Zone to maintain a sterile reservoir.

Currently growing in a 3.5 gallon bucket with two fish tank style air pumps hooked to a Spyder air distribution setup.

My cabinet is a DIY that I have put a ton of thought into. It has three separate chambers. One at the top for extracting heat and keeping the hottest air separate from the grow chamber, one at the bottom to keep the res shaded and cool, and the grow chamber itself. It intakes at the bottom from a closet in the house so I get conditioned air, and am able to keep the coolest air in the lower chamber, and exhausts from the top chamber via a Ventech 4" fan w/speed controller and a Phat filter (changing over to Phresh in a few days).

Currently, I am finishing up a run of Chemdogging. It is two plants in a single 3.5 gallon DWC.

In the next few weeks I will be starting Mephisto's Illuminauto strain- "SODK x Fantasmo" and documenting it here.

I hope some of you folks will get subbed up for the Illuminauto grow! I am expecting it to be a home run now that I have my setup all dialed in.

This next one will be my 4th grow. The second had issues and I harvested early. The pics above are my third and current grow.

Here is the BOM pic. It was originally two plants, but this pic was taken after the first was harvested, for BOM qualification (Only 1 plant). My camera kinda sucked at the time.

Thanks! Yeah, the CFLs just put off too much heat, and the Bud was really fluffy. These LEDs I am rocking now are the shiznit, though.

Today I gave them their last aggressive feeding. I will let them drink the res dry, which will probably take 3 days, and then pump in a gallon of water, suck that back out, and fill with phed tap water. Probably two res fulls, and I am chopping. I can't stand it!

Here are some pics. Notice in the first pic, the tallest bud? That shot up like mid way into flower and decided it was the top. It was almost completely bare 10 days ago and it just took off trying to become the dominant bud. Pretty weird. I was considering cutting it off, but I decided to let it go. I may have to leave it on the plant an extra week to try to ripen it up..
