Hello AFN,
I currently have 2 unknown autos going that i got in a mixed batch about a year ago from a youtube grower. They are about 16 days old and one is showing male signs...i think. I've always wanted to breed my own auto but seeing how hard male seeds are to come by and me being a noob, i never gave it a try. This round(#3) i got some tiresais mist on the way and have probably have come across a male for pollen collecting. My ? Is should i even bother with this male not knowing what it is or should i just use the spray on the female to test it out. if it works use it on a female that i can identify then use that pollen to make a fem cross?

Male?

What traits do you look for in autoflower males?

big stinky thick stemmed beasts, bushy also just crossbred my cherry bomb fem with a russian rocket fuel male, worked fine, shut off fans ,apply male pollen to select flowers ,cover branches over nite with brown paper lunch sacks, and boom seeds in a few weeks,oh yea they are mature when the caleyxes split open..

Thx for the reply. I was planning on collecting the pollen, storeing some for later and prob pollenateing 1 or 2 branches. If i do this can i still spray a couple of diffent branches to get some fem pollen also or is that to much stress

GIVE it a try , but might be a little much. they are fussy gals..

Grow them both out fully, full seeds..

Having seeds to kill opens many options for the grower...also you will gain valuable knowledge .
