Grow Mediums Going hydro!

I was not sure where to post this so I went here.
I just traded doran pot flood and drain hydro system so my next grow will hydro. I have enough auto white widows to start the hydro grow but will take me a couple of weeks to get room set up.
This ismy question how well do the autos do in hydro should I go back to photos. I started with autos because I only have enough room for one room but I am moving soon and have room for a real grow room. Please people give me some feed back on whether to stay with autos or go photo for hydro

Hi good luck on the hydro! But to obtain info you should offer more details on your questions! Like setup roomsize lightning brand of seeds etc...

Can't go wrong with an Auto hydro grow. I'm on my 4th grow, 1st grow was auto, 2nd was a mix of autos & photos, 3rd photos , now 4th is autos. For me, autos are easier and the end result is better than photos. That's just me though. Just watch your ph and how much nutes you give them and there shouldn't be any problems. Hydros great

Thx hydro grow, soylent green I have for my hydro grow when I start it a ten by fifteen by eight room and an eight pot system flood and ebb. One 400 wAtt mh one 600 GPS and six standard cfls. I have 7 vision seeds white widow need to by one more something I am thinking something skunky. Will be using fox farm nutrients also hope that helps. I also have six foot light mover rail

That is a room from aprox 13,5 M2 that more than enough room for 1300watt of light!
The discription on vision seeds says she is not a heavy yielder Average Yield 30 - 50gr/plant, maybe this is not the right plant to compare with some foto strains.
Maybe your better off planting some big auto plants like td, AK47, big devil, auto-extreme!
Under the right circumstance you should be able to yield like 100-250gr/plant.
How much en how big are the pots in your system?

Autos in hydro?....better believe they do well. That's why I went hydro. Trans siberian and dinfem white widow have done amazing. 5oz per palnt on trans and 6+on dinafem white widow. They can handle high nutz. I used fox farm as well. Hope that helps. You can check my thread for other details of setup.
