Lighting GoGrow V3 LED to Cob Conversion?

Hey what's up everyone! Awhile back I got these GoGrow V3 LED Lights and recently one of the entire LED's went out. This company is no longer in business yet it did produce great results for my grows. I still would like to use it from veg to flower...

My questions are how can I improve this light?

Would you just take out the existing LEDs and add in some cobs or just replace that single led somehow?

If so what would you recommend for this unit for the maximum efficiency?

Im not sure what I can do to make this existing light better as everything seems to work fine minus one of the LEDs went out.

first thing I would do is open it up and try to find out why the leds have stopped working, loose connection, bad power pack, blown fuse, blown leds, its could be a very simple fix. also take & post pics to get advice on upgrades and fixes.

Do some research, and then run down the issue. Might be nothing but a driver. Could be a 40$ fix.

$10 fix if its a cheap Chinese driver, plus delivery for free ;-)
