Hi,

I notice some people and I have once bought fems and one or more turned out to be male. why does this happen if female pollen is used? are these herms?

Don't think it's a hermi as you'll notice both hairs and pollen sacks.
Could be a mix up. As males were also put in. Or it was a regular pack.
Has this happen to you on more than one occasion?

no not that I can think of but you do see it on forums from time to time

Yeah who knows. I'm thinking it was most likely a mistake from the seedbanks

When you reverse a herm... you get herms, females and males.

When you breed with less then clean breeding rooms there can be contamination.

When you live in a city with a known history of MJ cultivation you can expect airborne pollen.

When seeds are breed outside with a nearby grower...

Last year i got a male Roadrunner and crossed it with AA and Fastbud females i had goin at the time and got like 75 seeds total. Growing some of them out this year. :toke:

i got a pack of 5 BHD fems and got one herm one male one runt and only one female...and one didnt even germ...its the only fem auto strain ive ever had go hermie or male on me

what is a BHD... looks like a herm was used to produce those seeds....

When you breed with a herm you get M,F, and herms.

BHD = Blue Himalaya Diesel and they are usually pretty stable and a good smoke as well.
