Genetics or problem

Last time I had a perceived problem on another plant I was told "Genetics". And they were correct. This time I say "Genetics ", what say you?

No problem! You can look up "variegation" to learn more about it. Seedlings mainly feed off of their cotyledons until the roots are well established. When the cotyledons are no longer enough, they die off.
