Anyone noticing that when you top your plant with the recommended amounts of these organic dry nuits, that it forms a hard shell on top of your grow pot?
Basically almost making it impenetrable?
I'm mixing it in with worm castings, but it still creates this crust days after watering.
Thoughts?

I don’t use Gaia green but I always scratch whatever I top dress into the the soil not just dump it
