Fresh yellow spots on inner leaf

Only two of them. Doesn't seem to be nute burn, since theres no yellow or curling leaf tips. Can't imagine it's a def either since I'm in an FFOF mix (50-50 with perlite).

Don't see any pests either.

I'm thinking I over sprayed and the water drops on the leaves burnt them like a magnifying glass, or maybe a possible Mn lockout?

its fine bro....just a small burn probably just appear bigger as the leaf grows...keep an eye on it
 
I had the same thing on my leaf, i did water my plants with nutrients the other day and its is a effort to do it as my grow box is so stealthy. I just give them 2 double shots worth (100ml) a day as the pots are 2l :) - Some one tell me if thats wrong! I only put a bit in as there small plants anyways. Cheers :)
