Indoor Fox farms: Happy frog

I am currently using Coco coir for one grow, but I also want to start a grow up with the fox farms soil just to see what I like better. I've came to the understanding that I shouldn't have to give her nutes for the first 3-4 weeks. But after the 3-4 week mark what dose of nutrients should I be giving her. I have a schedule set up, can anyone tell me if it is at all acurate. I am running the general hydroponics line, FloraMicro, FloraBloom, FloraGrow
