Looking for some recommendations on using Fox Farm soil with autos. I understand that the soil may be a bit hot but it was free! Fruit, Kush n Cheese, Blue Amnesia XL

Hot is fine. I used Ocean Forest/Perlite for years before changing to coco. Hot just means that you do not need nutes for the first 3-4 weeks. After that, begin with quarter amount. Auto's can burn fairly easily. Don't over water. Get used to lifting pot with thumb/index finger to check if watering is needed.

What would you recommend for feeding at the 3-4 week Mark? Any particular brand and regimen?

Floranova grow once maybe twice. Shake the shit out of the bottle. Got easy on it. Best 1 bottle on the market.
Good microbe when you water to get the soil going before you start feeding.

I use fox farm happy frog with no issues at all I just add extra perlite and also some espoma garden lime. Its a lighter mix nutrients wise.

Thanks. What nutes you use and/or recommend that should be available locally for anyone and inexpensive?

I water when pots feel light so it depends on weather inside the tent and the age of the plant. I go from ,every 4 to 5 days to every 3 days on my 5gallon smart pots. And almost Everytime Its nutrient water. I've had no problems so far. Last harvest was a MBAP-mephisto at 90 grams

For nutrients I use the botanicare kind 3 part and some mmaoth p and armor si

I'm now in week 7 and the plants are full of flowers! hahaha! Fruit Auto, Blue Amnesia XL, & Kush n Cheese Auto. On two of them at least one third of the flowers are now starting to turn from white hair to red hair. I'm thinking it's almost time to cut them down any suggestions on when
