I have never heard of one plant hermie-ing another, although it could of course produce male flowers and pollen and pollinate the other plants, IF the new seeds are hermies. It could just as easily have been pollen in the air of on a shirt cuff, that pollinated the original plant.

Depends on where the pollen came from.

If it was from a male, all good. If it came from a reversed female, all good.
If it came from a plant that was a herm, it needs to be tossed. It will not cause plants around it to become hermaphrodite, but, could end up seeding any female plants around. And those seeds would carry the gene.
