Hey guys, how do you treat your plants first 10 days?

I've got Plagron/XYZ light mix and don't fed first 10 days. I spray with Rhizotonic 2-4x per day and also water the same when soil is dry on touch. pH in check, also EC. But I see in journals from guys they have some serious bushes already at 10 days. How?

Question 2... I think I get old seeds from Mephisto (@mephisto)... Just showed less than 1mm tap root and then nothing after 2-4 days... Throw away seed.
I soak them in tap water in dark space for 12-18 hours. Then in paper towel and dark space... And don't have luck, only 3 Sour crack's from 5. And only 2 White crack from 5. What to do?

Dont soak for so long leave in glass for a hour then in damp kitchen roll in warm dark place

Regarding the Rhiz, you can spray germing seeds as well.
