Just starting out and have some questions. First off I have a 10x6.5 tent with 8” fan hooked to a carbon filter. Temp has stayed around 73-83 through the whole grow with humidity 50-80 of course 80 around seedling stage. I’m using a coco and perlite grow with 5 gal cloth pots.i have exhale co2 in the tent. Been watering daily with a ph around 6.5 and feeding every other day. I’ve done quite a bit of homework but my plants stems are looking a bit thin and doesn’t seem to be growing at the rate of other growers. Tomorrow will be week 3. I’m growing train wreck and nyc diesel. The stems don’t seem to be much bigger than at seedling stage, what can I do to correct this this grow or next?

Which brand coco are you using and is it straight coco? If straight coco, think about lowering ph at or near 5.8.
What light are you using and how close is it to the canopy.
What nutes are you using? I assume that you are NOT feeding water only in coco.
You never know when the plant might really take off. Comparing your grow to others can lead to nothing but frustration. There are simply too many variables from one grower to the next to dance in the comparison game.
I view Exhale akin to going to a carnival and trying to win a stuffed animal. Odda are definitely against it for doing good.

I went with a quality coco, Mother Earth. I believe it’s 70/30 coco coir perlite. I will get my ph down but have heard a large range of ph from 5.5-6.8

I am using cal mag, and general
Hydroponics set for nutes, also using lemon juice for ph balance not a ph decreaser

Lighting is 2 250 actual watt LED set for the recommended height for the lights which is 32-42

They seem to look healthy and seem to grow well for a few days then don’t do much for a few days kind of in waves

Straight coco I usually ph 5.6-5.9. I use Coco Loco and it is amended, so ph is higher.

32" should be for veg, then lower for flowering. Lately, I've seen a definite uptick with the Mother coco product. What kind of water are you using?

hey @Xxtheduckman and :welcome: to afn! :toke: soundz like u got thingz pretty well dialed in & i wouldn't worry too much about the "wave" thing, lol...they look fine to me & there'z still a lotta work goin on underground at this point, i.e. the seemingly "off" periodz of the wave ;) anything else u need, jus give a shout

ppp & :goodluck:

If fertigation is dialed in and lights are in optimal distance, it just might be a genetic thing.
My blackberries didn't really move until started to flower, I think it's a thing with autos they go crazy in flower..

Patients, patients!! Give them time! You cant go by other people grows cause each grower grows differently. Conditions and environment are different. Just be patient they will take off!!

Like others stated, patience. This is my 1st go at Autos ( I tried some photos over the summer and wound up with 3 6ft hemp plants damn males) I have a Critical Purple, Berry Ryder and Blueberry auto going right now. Started with just the critical purple and got impatient as I was growing in happy frog (then read about people having issues with HF after the fact) and didn't see much growth so I started the berry ryder and same thing so hence the blueberry. Now all of a sudden they are starting to take off with the CP starting in the pre-flower now (little white hairs all over the bud sites). I only was going to try one through the fall time as I'm growing in my 3 season porch and move them out in the day time when its sunny and back in at night.

The pic on the right from back to front CP, Blueberry & BR. The CP is going on week 6 since breaking through the soil (I'm trying to LST that one)and the BR is about 4 weeks and the Blue is about 3.5 weeks. It started shooting up more than the others.
