First time grower here

I've got an auto purple lemonade plant from fastbudz currently 9 weeks into the grow, I thought it would have been done already but it still looks like it's a few weeks from harvest. I fed her biobizz root juice for the start and bio grow for flowering, not sure if I've don't anything wrong or if it's normal for it to take a bit longer.

I've attached some images

if anybody has any tips or information for me, it would be much appreciated, Thanks.

Fast Buds aren't usually fast.. All of the strains I've ran went 10-11 weeks or more. I think your current issue is light height. Was your light that high from germ? At the height it's at now, those lower buds will take much longer to finish. If you have room, and can lower the light, I would bend that main stem under the 4th node or so, and lower that light to even things out. That's some serious stretch you've got on that plant.

Proph is definitely correct. Fastbuds typically are not fast. That stretch is crazy though.

Not knowing any real details medium ect I would say the tips look like a little burn. If the nutes you are using are synthetic that is not really uncommon especially if your new to the strain and the nutes.

I always top so maybe that is why mine as not stretched like that. I hold my light at five feet almost religiously till they touch it and I have nothing like that. My purple lemonade below is at five weeks.

I do have some funky misshaped leaves though.

My advise is to relax your doing fine. That first harvest always tests the patience.

:welcome: @BelfastFirstTimeGrower:welcome:Welcome to AFN:welcome: The energy the plant needs to grow is made in the leaves. The "Sun Leaves" is where most of this energy is produced. Since you have removed all of the Sun Leaves the plant must rely on the smaller leaves to make energy. This will cause the maturing of the plant to slow down.

IMPO I do not defoliate much, just a little down low for air flow. Yes, I get some larfy buds down low but the top growth more than makes up for it.
