Hey guys
This is my first time growing. Im growing 2 early miss from CKS. I have a couple questions.

Do my plants look healthy? It has been 7 days since they sprouted. Temps are around 28 at plant height, humidity between 30 and 40.
Second question is about lighting. I have 400w hps grow light. Currently 2 feet away from plants. Is this the right height? Thanks

Yep.
Plants look fine.

Lights can be a little closer than 2 feet, but they don't look too stretchy,

At this stage [early grow], you probably want your humidity a little higher.
30-40 RH% is great for flowering, but the babies prefer it higher, if possible.

You can also put plastic cup on plants or spray them every couple of hours (also spray walls in tent). But check pH.

All of the above and you can also get a humidifier. I spray my plants with fresh, ph'd water, at least once a day. I also have a humidifier I run in my Veg Nook. They usually are in 65 or more humidity percentage.

Good luck! :)

Thanks. I have heard people say to not get any water on the leaves, cause burn spots or something.

I only use spray first 1-14 days, when light is not so close to a plant. Than roots are bigger so I spray only walls in tent for another 1-14 days. Then is flowering time, so you want to keep your humidity down.

And I meant I do that once a day until they start blooming! Once it starts blooming, then I keep them at around 45%. And you don't want to spray water with nutrients on the leaves, but ph'd water or just tap water are ok.
