I have had two of my auto flowers sprout and one still waiting. Its my first grow under CFL's at the moment. The Critical Rapido in the middle seems like it sprouted and is growing fine, but the Black Jack to the right seems like something is wrong? Idk what is wrong or if this is okay.

can no1 help me?? the leaves are seeming to die more? maybe even drying up?

although the stem has seemed to turn more of a reddish now, almost as nice looking as the one next to it... still has the S-shape to it though

That rockwool looks wayyyy too soggy. They also look cold. You must keep the rockwool moist, but not waterlogged. The biggest problem I have had when starting seedlings in hydro is keeping the netpot/starter plugs moist enough to encourage rapid rooting, but dry enough you don't suffocate the little root. Try lowering water level, and letting them dry out a little. Once they dry out a little, cover everything except the stem to bock light from entering your reservoir. Also, remember that if you check on them every hour you will convince yourself they are not growing and need some new nutes, a magical wizard flush or some other craziness. They don't. Try leaving them alone for 1 whole day without looking at them once you dial in the right moisture level. If you must check on them constantly, take a picture per day so you can prove to yourself they are growing. Otherwise you will convince yourself they are not and kill them with love.

Thanks for the info  I lowered the water level, letting the rockwool dry out for a day, then im gonna leave them alone for a day or two.
Still though I am concerned With the one plant cause it appears to still be dying... the main leaves are turning dark and some yellowing, im just concerned this plant is dying and if i can save it

Seedlings do need some food- although very little. It helps them deal with stress to. The problem is, once they are stressed- they don't like being dosed with food. I'm telling you your best bet is to get them slightly moist and warmer, and leave them alone for at least one day. Remember that 95% of a plant is genetics, regardless of what you do to it. You can provide the best controlled environment in the world, but with shitty genetics it doesn't matter. And even among strains there is HIGH variation. You have to remember how they make these seeds usually- they constantly "in-breed" and "self" (make balls on a female plant and creating exact clone seeds.) This can make some VERY weak and not tolerant to high light/ food. Its just the way nature works- she likes variation not constant selection of the exact same genes. This is why in breeding always results in diseases and weaklings and retards among humans, same thing, but with plants. I'm telling you though- I'm doing a grow right now, one of my seeds sprouted with no leaves. None. I left it for a week and it finally sprouted some. Now its one of the branchiest ones I have with the thickest buds. Give them time to adjust. Thats the key- is consistency in conditions. If you keep changing their environment they will not adapt and survive.
