One of my seedlings (~2 weeks old) has what I think are some funky looking leaves. I'm not quite ready to try and post a journal so I hope it's OK to post (hopefully) these few pics for comment. I wasn't sure if this rose to the level of posting in the infirmary section so apologies in advance if I posted in the wrong section.

I am using a 4 x 4 x 80" tent with two Mars 300W LED's roughly 20" above the plants. Using 5 gal buckets (~3.5 gals sol'n/bucket) with very dilute AN pH Perfect micro, grow, bloom. PH of the nutes is ~6.4 and TDS ~300 ppm. Water temp in the low to mid 70's -- I don't have a digital thermometer yet.

The leaves do not appear to be discolored top or bottom but look like they are getting ready to dry out if that makes any sense. I'm trying to post a couple of pics taken with my phone and they are unedited. Right now this plant has one thin root that is in the nute sol'n.

In the distant past I used HID lighting so I'm wondering if this is due to poor positioning of the LED lighting or if I am way off whack with something else.

Thanks in advance for your comments and advice ....... I'm relatively thick skinned so I'll take all suggestions and hopefully not cry.....lol

@Duggy -- Thanks so much. I think I posted before that I'm like a new parent with the seedlings and fret over every little thing...lol. I'm happy to know it's nothing major.

A question about posting pics..... how do I get the pic to show other than a "thumbnail" shot? Uploading pics is a new adventure for me and I didn't see options for how the pics will display.
Is there a "sandbox" kind of place on the forum for doing a test post to ensure the pics appear how I want them to?

Quick question.....AN Ph Perfect nutes are ran at a ph of 6.4 in hydro?

....as for the "funny" shaped leaves I say don't worry about them and let nature decide what they should look like.

@HotBunz -- According to the AN site they claim a pH range of 5.5 - 6.3 with pH perfect. Looking at the bottle there is no range given but they do suggest using RO water or water up to 100 ppm. Weekly nutes change is advised.
Hope this helps .......

Thanks for your comment about the leaves. When I checked today the leaves do look better and some new ones formed overnight. Guess I truly am fretting every little thing with my babies....lol

Hi bud. Like most people have said, I wouldn't worry about it. I find it normally is just the first 1-2 sets of leaves. As far as images go, I just wanted to add that you can copy, and past images directly to your entry. It will however post the image the same size as the original. If it is a large pic you want, (or w/e size the pic is) sometimes It's faster/easier that way. Take care bud! :smoking:
