New Grower FIrst Grow

Seems like I have found the correct site to ask my auto questions. I plan on using OF soil with a mix of Light Warrior and Perelite. I have purchased a (7) pack of WOS Afghan Kush Ryder. 400HPS light Since I am a novice I think it best that I stay clear of nutes. Might try the Tiger Bloom after 3-4 weeks. Any advice will gladly be taken. Anybody know if they plan to make an OG KUsh ryder? That would be nice!

I did 50/50 OF/Light Warrior (no additional pearlite since light warrior has alot in it) on a DieselRyder. I hit them with their first feeding of biobizz (organic) at a low doseage beginning week 4 and they suffered a mild but noticeable burn.

So if you are using nutes, wait and hit them in week 5 with very low nutes. Then work your way up. Im using my grow as a comparison for basing my advice.

Thanks for the advice. I will defintely try the flower nutes around week 5. Any ideas on a killer uto strain. I am a couchlock guy that lvoes his Indicas, but a big fan of taste. I have been reseraching some of the strain reviews and Snow Ryder sounds like it has the fruity taste. I wonder how intense? I had a phot strain Hawaiian Boumalade or something that was to die for.

Start feeding a weak grow solution, 1/4 strength, at around day 20. Watch your plants to see how they like it, and slowly increase to 1/2 strength. Continue this through week 5, then switch to your flowering nutes, again starting with 1/4 strength and working up to full strength. Continue using the flowering nutes till 2 weeks before harvest, usually around week 8 or 9, then only give plain water the last 2 weeks to flush the plants.
