New Grower First grow -WW Max Auto

Hey, everybody!
I'm a little late in the game to start a journal but my girls are 4 weeks and 5 days from seed.
Growing in 5 gal fabric grow bags
Soil with vermiculite mixed in
1200w LED positioned 16" from the canopy
Using General Organics nutes at 1/4 strength and watering every 3 days
Got a fan oscillating for circulation
Temps stay between 65 and 70

So far they seem pretty happy and I've been lucky to get this far without any issues. I noticed my first preflower on one of the girls today and I'm beyond pumped!! I was beginning to think I was going to have to get them started.

When should I start adding bloom nutes? I was thinking about watering with veg nutes tomorrow like I normally do and then cutting veg in half and subbing bloom for their next watering but I don't want to do it too soon.

Help! What are these blotches?? Only on one plant and only 2 leaves affected. No bugs and the plant seems healthy overall but I'm not sure what's causing it. I'm think mag deficiency...anybody had this before?

Hey welcome to AFN Looking good ..I start to feed light after like 3 weeks.Really depends on whats in the soil. Under led I feed cal/mag and light feed.
