Hi Iv been lurking on this forum since December now and started my first grow at the back end of Jan.

I've got a miss match of plants with how they are growing

It's Barney's farm pineapple express.

Iv uploaded some photos as examples, my main concern is one with stunted growth and leaf curl. All the plants have the same amount of light and Iv been rotating them so none are hitting hot spots but this one seems to be suffering from heat stress (going off looking at other posts)
It's next to another plant that has major over stretch which is my second question does anyone know what could have caused this?
My tent is around 28 degrees when the light is on and around 17 when the lights off, my humidity is at 40 and the lights are on for 18 hours per 24 hours and they all get the exact same watering.

(If you look close at the photo you can see the height difference between the two plants)

My other two plants are doing fine one has a slight calcium issue but I've added some Cal mag to hopefully sort that.

Thanks

I suspect your plants are suffering from over transpiration ....the taco leaves.
Plants do this as a defense mechanism.
To keep from drying out.
28 is too hot for your tent.
The plants can take it....but will suffer.
Looks like coco?... Make sure your keeping your plants hydrated ( not to be confused with feedings).
Also the swing from 17 to 28 is a little too much. The 17 part is fine, but vent out with the lights on...to lower around 23 degrees if possible.
Looks like a nice grow...for your first. Congrats:d5:

Typically too much nitrogen too late in transition/flowering will cause the stretch. At least that’s been my experience/knowledge.

your coco looks bone dry my friend your not meant to let it get that dry who often do you feed them

I just assumed it was some kind of sand or something on top.

I water them every three days, I took this photo just before I watered them. I always put my finger in the Coco down to the first knuckle and when it's just slightly damp I re water. (I'm paranoid about over watering after all the advice about over watering)

Watering in coco you cant overwater but you seriously dont want to let it dry out like that and good luck with your grow buddy

You're growing in smartpots which allow plenty of air to the roots. This is good and bad...the good part is that you would have to flood your pot 3x a day to keep oxygen from getting to the roots. The bad part is that the air getting to the roots via the sides of the pot tell the plant to stop growing roots. This limits root size.
We have an adage that says , big roots big fruits. As the plant is going into flower( the stretch you mention). Now is a critical time to start slowing down on the Nitrogen in your feed and up the phosphorus and potassium levels.

Just an update I've stopped them drying out but now encountering this problem, iv downloaded a deficiency chart is this a nitrogen deficiency? Thanks
