First grow...extra cotyledons

Hello everyone
1st grow. Chemdogging and Fantasmo Express from mephisto.
600w viparspecta running 20/4
4” inline
6” clip fan inside
3x3x5 tent
3 gal airpot
Temperature has been 67-74
RH% 57-62
Roots organic in the bottom half biobizz lite for the top. I germinated one paper towel. After 7days the Fantasmo express hadn’t broke soil so I removed some from the top to expose it. Here they are after 9 days. What are your thoughts on the extra set of cotyledons on the FE?
