Ok so this is my very first grow! I am growing in a 4ft x 2ft x 8ft closet lined in mylar and I am using 12 cfl's (7 2700k and 5 5000k) I could not find 6500k bulbs, Seeds from Attitude they are, Pineapple express autoflower, Northern Lights Autoflower, Shortrider Autoflower and a free regular seed named Cotton Candy, I germinated them in individual mason jars of distilled water and the pineapple express and cotton candy seeds popped within 24 hours, the other two (shortrider and northern sank to the bottom)

I planted all four seeds in jungle growth organic soil on March first, the Northern light and the shortrider grew with the seed casing still on so I eventually removed them, I watered them for the first time on 3-4-12 and they all looked good, I then watered them again with molasses 3-7-12 and 3-10-12, (CAUSE I AM AN IDIOT), I thought I read to use molasses during veg which I know now is completely wrong and almost ruined my grow.

I started having problems after using the molasses, I got nute burn on all the auto plants, (the cotton candy seemed to like it) I watered again using just water on 3-12-12, 3-16-12, and 3-20-12 and they seem to be recovering except the northern light auto which has stopped growing, The temp was getting high and at one point got up to 91f but I have it under control now and it stays around 77f.

Also they are planted in 10 inch pots which I was told meant 3 gallons, I saw a few gnats so I bought some mosquito dunks and crushed up 1 dunk and put a qtr of the dunk on each plant, I also noticed very small bugs in my soil after my last watering but after some research I discovered they were springtailes and are harmless,

so here are some pics from yesterday (3-21-12), all the plants are 22 days old and I think they are very small for their age, please give me all the advice you can.

The first 2 pics are the cotton candy, the 3rd pic is the northern lights, 4th and 5th pic is pineapple express.

So I just realized that the soil I am using (Jungle Growth Organic) has time released nutrients and it says it will feed plants up to 3 months, I'm positive that this is the cause of most of my nute burns and the reason my northern light isn't growing, is there anything I can do to help my plants?

It does indeed look like a slow growing group of plants and that slow release general fertilizer stuff is no friend to autos... You could transplant as soon as possible to a lightly nuted soil mix like promix etc. Or set those to the side to see if they survive on just PHed water and pop some new seeds in a new container with better soil and say lesson learned....

You gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold em, know when to walk away , know when to run...... Da da da! :hump:

Best of luck to you, but by this point even if you correct the issue, the plants will most likely be severely stunted for the rest of their lives.... Really not worth much more than education if they are stunted (it sure looks like it)...

If anyone says they had a perfect first grow on their own with no help, they're lying.... :hot:

So you don't think they will yield anything if I continue to grow them? I really dont wanna give up on them and I have no other seeds to pop, this really sucks..
