Hello all, thank you for checking out my post

Just to let you know of the stuff i used before i dive into the details

- Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil
- 3 Gallon Fabric Smart Pot
- Fox Farm Nutrients (Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom) @ 1/2 strength.
- 600W Led Light by PHLIZON on an 18/6 Schedule
- Seed Germinated June 5, 2019
- Distilled water for feeding (flush or w/ nutes, always ph-ed at 6.3-6.5)
- 6" Fan blowing in the 2x2 Tent
- AK-49 Auto From Vision Seeds

So the plant is now 68 days old. and it looks really small compared to all the other autoflowers i have seen on the site of the same age. its thin and a bit lanky but is budding obviously. I was wondering what could cause this? Its in a 2x2 tent with airflow and light. What should i look out for in my next grow? Also i did follow Fox Farms Feeding schedule every week and adjusted the feeding as the schedule said, and always fed at 1/2 strength 2x a week.
My guess is the 600W light is the problem.

Plant currently stands 16 inches.

looks in ok nick,a good green and healthy :smokeit:1st grow is about avoiding disaster and getting a few buds in the end.we do most things just a lil bit wrong at first,so end up with a small plant.a few more practice runs and you be there.
its like riding a bike.keep yer balance and dont fall off, wait till day 2 to do an endo/360 go flying up a bit ramp
autos arnt as delicate as they were 5 year ago,and can take more nutes more often and a good bit of abuse.
lookin good keep at it
and keep er lit
:pighug:

Have you been adding something to the distilled water for each watering?

Temp and rH?
Fox Farms OF is pretty hot for autos, all by itself. And I've had issues with FF holding a consistent pH.
As to size,
After looking over everything, I believe the biggest issue you face is your choice of genetics.
This is a small strain, not meant to do more than 50g. The bigger autos you see around here will go 120 to 350 grams.

I pulled this off of their add.

No idea why she's so small M8 but I can tell you having grown quite a few of these a few years back that it was a great smoke.. tasty and strong.. plenty of back for nor to many bucks.. good luck seeing her over the line

ive only been adding ph up or down if the nutes make the water very acidic. other than that nothing else. i always try to maintain the pH at about 6.3-6.5.

temp is 80 F. and 50% humidity inside the tent. i leave a bowl of water and it seems to work.

first grow is about just getting through with a healthy plant. If its small, so be it. Getting bigger fuller plants come with time. I think she looks nice and green and healthy for a first time plant!! I used to compare the size of my plants with other peoples grows and would feel like I was doing something wrong. Time. Each grow is a new learning experience. xoxo mom

If plants grow small, just plant more. Considering what the seeds provide, they are likely the most cost-effective (cheapest) of grow-related expenses. Consider like seemingly most growers--Have a stash of seeds ready as needed. Some or maybe many do as I do, plant 2 seeds together and later remove/cull the less vigorously growing plant. Also, any problems can be more easily assessed if multiple plants are growing.
