New Grower First grow advice

Looking for any advice setting up my first grow.

The space I have is a kitchen cabinet. 35" wide, 23" deep, 23" high.

I am going to go with LED lighting. What wattage would you recommend?

How many plants can this space handle? I am thinking of using SCROG because of my limited hight. Good idea?

Any strain recommendations? I am thinking about using White Diesel Haze Automatic.

If it says diesel haze in the description then DO NOT put it in a small space.... the haze will take over.

You need to run smaller pots still 23 inches probably is a no go.... super small pots wont produce and the light from above and the pot from below your laft with nect to nothing in the middle (plant space) i would suggest finding something taller.

But thats not what you asked right..light wattage needs to be low in a micro grow. You dont have the spacing so your lights will be close. 150 watts or so..

Youll need to research.... thats work you put in on your own.... to find some solid indica plants and then youll need to LST them to keep them even shorter.

A few of my favorite indica short plants are Stone Dragon (autoflower portal) and Sour Crack (mephisto)

I personally in that space would do this. Paint the entire inside of cabinet flat white.. walls floor ceiling .. for lighting i would buy a 180 watt ufo led.. a 180 (100ish) true watt ufo will generate less heat and be overall better in that area. You could easily get an oz dry. I would use something like a 2 gallon squat pot. Taller pot taller auto IMO. I would suggest that you look at https://cobshop.net cob led lights. No noise, low heat, small and they work very well. Good prices too.
