Hello AFN! Due to my photo crop being destroyed, I decided to try out my first ever auto grow. The plants are all Tha Shiznit strain. Out of the 15 I planted all germed, but unfortunately one of the seeds turned out to be male. I'm growing in a pro-mix / soil medium and 5 gallon buckets. All plants were started under T-5's and CFL's for about 10 days, then they went outside under a makeshift tent. The weather here has been very wet and gloomy, which I believe is why they stretched so much. The strain has been EXTREMELY easy to grow though which I have been thankful for. The following plants are 34 days old. The 1st picture is what i think is the start of a cal-mag def. which I have hopefully corrected with today's watering. Can anyone tell me what it is that's making these dots on my leaves in the 2nd and 3rd pictures? I'm guessing its some type of bug but didn't want to neem again, because the first time i did they suffered slight burn the next day despite neeming them just before nightfall the previous day. Also wondering should I switch to flower nutes now or wait another week? Thanks for all your help, hoping to be able to keep the journal updated weekly. :pass:

Found out the dots are from red / green leafhopper damage, applied a neem with insecticide/fungicide due to some small spots of what i believe were white powder mildew starting. The plants are going nuts though will post a few pictures in a couple of days. :smokeout:

Today is day 41. I have now begun the transition feeding on all but one plant which just started showing its first pistols. I would just like to say again how durable and EXTREMELY easy these have been to grow. Short Stuff really nailed it with this strain, and as a first time auto-grower I'm now officially hooked! Most of the plants range from 2-3 feet in height, I put a milk jug next to a plant for comparison. Tried to get a bunch of photos of different tops along with a few group photos. Last photo is of the top of one of the plants that is further along then others. Loving the visible frostiness and they're barely on there way!!!!

I'm subbed up, got 20 shitniz beans with 10 scheduled for a burial in 6 weeks or so when my first run is done, and second run is half done freeing up space. Indoors grow though, under HS1.1 and marshydro.

Looking good so far, will be interesting to see how they develop.

Good luck and happy growing!

Okay so the makeshift tent I was using was trapping too much moisture, had to cut it down. In the process of doing this I move a bucket that I guess had never been moved. This leads to me ripping a root out of the ground that was about 2.5 - 3 inches that had 5 feeders on it. Can't believe the root grew through a crack i made in the bottom of the bucket for drainage. Really hope i didn't stunt the plant as it is doing nicely in flowering. Anyone have any idea of what kind of damage i did to my plant?

Hopefully your right Velveto. And Corgy I'm sure you'll enjoy your plants, mine have put up with much abuse and they keep on truckin! I'll have some pictures up in a few days for weekly recap, the differences in the plants themselves is really starting to show. One of them is showing purple inside the pistols :woohoo1: can't wait to see it develop. :baked:

The pictures are from day 50. The girls are coming along nicely, and with the sunny weather we've had lately they are really loving life. I am noticing some yellowing of the leaves though and wondered if its from natural life cycle or deficiency. The girls were a little dry because I wasn't able to water them on their normal feed day. One of the girls is just starting to show some pistol growth so she's been getting a different feed, hoping that its a 100 day plant so she cant put on some serious weight. I'll post group photo and individuals of each plant starting with what I'm hoping is the 100 day plant. Also need to learn to pick up my trash BEFORE i take pictures:biggrin: The aromas coming from the plants are great you can tell its going to be some knockout smoke, so here's hoping to a happy finish! :goauto: :vibes:
