Over watered. It's no big deal if you cut to much off your "FIM". It just means you topped it. The Term "FIM" means "FK I missed". In this case you didn't miss

In my experience with "fimming" it's better to leave the larger fan leaves you cut. Those are going to be the leaves for the 2 new shoots that are going to pop up from the node where you cut. Pic #3 looks closer to what you want. But it's hard to tell with the pic under that light.

Faded187 has some really good "FIM" tutorials on AFN if you can find them.

They seem to be still growing well after the cut, but now I have a few cabbagey looking leaves that were shredded when I done the cut,
Is this the way they look after a fim?
Will post pics tomorrow

The FIM is not a problem. Wilting is unrelated and can be over-watering or environmental factors out of range usually RH too high or too low <40% or >70%. Whenever asking for diagnostic opinions the photographs need to be taken in daylight 5000K or flash with the grow lights turned off. The color and look of the leaves is important for us to work our vodoo
