Feminizing a One in a Million Pheno... The Vanilla Pines Project by Medic Grower

Like the Title says i found a One in a Million Pheno in Dynasty Seeds Soliloqueen which has a freaking rapid Growth a Smell and Taste like Vanilla and Pineapple and finishs in 49-56 Days which is incredible for a Mostly Sativa Dominant Strain. I called this Pheno Vanilla Pines due to its incredible Taste and Smell.

So took this Plant as a Mother(only flowered some Testclones so far. Glad cause so i still have the Motherpheno) and cutted few clones from her few weeks ago. Shes now sitting in flower cause else i had no Room for her atm. Plan is to veg 2 of the Clones for new Mothers and the other 9 get Reversed/Flowered.

CS 25 ppm will be used for this Reversing Project and ill hope i can get 1-2 Male Clones where i can get Pollm from. Any adivces by more expierienced Breeders are very Welcome as this is my first Try of reversing a Plant. I will let them veg. another 2-3 Weeks in Coco 3,5l Pods before i start seperating the 2 Clones which will be sprayed with the Cs. I did my Homework and i would say 14-20 days before i put the Clones which shall be Females in flower i start switching and Spraying the Ladyboys Here also if someone thinks i should start earlier or later feel free to point me in the right Direction.

The Goal of this Project will be Fem Seeds from a atm Clone Only Pheno. I want to save this lil gem for a longer Timeframe which i cant do with Mothers as i plan to move to another Place start of 2015.

You could have a Heterosis activated plant; happens when a breeder breeds 2 different strains and the seeds from that new mix may show heterosis, which is better production of vegetative growth, better resistance to pests, better terpene (smell) production, better THC-A,CBD,CBC,CBG etc.. production & better yield.

Sadly when you inbreed this plant the seeds loose its vigorous and alpha growth due to genetic inbreeding depression.

Although, you could be lucky & have a good, fast & vigorous pheno.

I already had a talk with the Breeder and it is defo a fast growing Pheno which is dominant leaning to one of the Parents. But none of his descriped Phenos is like the one i catched from a Batch of Seeds neither in Growth and the Smell Taste. He replied to me with u catched a One in a Million Pheno. Thats why i started working with this to get it in feminized Seedform so it stays long enough on this Planet. I know from keeper Projects back in the Days if u are unlucky and loose the Motherplant everything is Destroyed. So i got the Chance of having some Seeds of it to start new Mothers.

Ok big Growshop Package + my Cs 25ppm Bottles came in today. That means repotting tonite + selecting which of the clones get Sprayed but i guess i aleady have 2 which can fit fo that Job. Ill start spraying them 7 Days and then i switch em to 12/12 and go on with Spaying. The Ladys will follow a good 2-3 weeks behind them so i can save Pollm to Dust them. If anyone... Evol or the moe expirienced would pls leave a comment if this Plan is ok or when i should start the Ladys experience wise??

Started spraying the 2 Clones this Evening..... here some Pics of the ´Cs i got and one of the Clones the other one is chilling in the Backgroud in a 2 gal Smart Pod.

If the clones are not flowering 12/12 yet then you dont have to spray yet. spray the day before you switch to 12/12. Any sooner is a waste of cs.

Yesterday was Day 5 of spraying the Clone and i reconized that the Preflowers turned brownish,seems to be a gd sign. The Mom in the Flowertent which is at week 4,5 is stinking the whole tent in a Vanilla smell freaking awesome even not had such a Vanilla scent in the Air when i grew some Vanilla Kush from Barneys. She also strarted a nice Resin production on the leafes and the Buds grow Day by Day. I willl shoot some Macros of the Cs Clone later when the Lights go on.

Btw i have a descicion going on which will be the next Project for Femming and Pheno Selection. I have 2 Strains in my Eyes but only One could make it. Lil Poll should i rather Pheno Hunt at Rainbow Sherbert or at Black n Blueberry???? I Would love to run both as Projects but as they are regular Beans i dont have that Space atm to run both Projects I defo need more Tents over here
