additional:all pics female except of coarse the male one for comparison. Most problems on young leaves tips but interior growth looks healthier lush green little/no leaf damage is this light/heat?

once sex was know males transferred to a box same soil and treatment except for the last 1.5 weeks in a hotter box less air less light.

I would give them a balanced nute with nitrogen phos and potassium.Number two pic looks like nit def.I would also lower the ingoing water ph to 6.4 or6.5 than recheck your runoff.:smokebuds:

Looks like it could be the start of a pH lockout. Can't say for sure without first knowing the pH of the run off. Check that and let us know what your reading. As Namvet said, going in it should be around 6.3 - 6.4 and the run off should be about the same.

I also see that you didn't add any perlite to your soil mix. Perlite helps to hold aerate the soil bring oxygen to the roots. Without any, be very careful about how much you water. If your plants stay constantly wet your roots won't get enough oxygen. Only water when your pots feel very light.

Im with Muddy, looks like the start of drowned roots. Let her dry out and hold off on watering until the digital ph pen you're gonna buy tonight arrives...lol!

Thank you for looking and responding y'all.
Pots seem too heavy for watering now and was my problem for there first two weeks. I am going to try and sneak a little sample of soil from the pot wall about middle ways down. I can take this to a place with a very nice tabletop ph probe tomorrow, mix it with DI h2o test and I should be able to come up with a number. Until I can add more water unwilling to get runoff unless this is needed ASAP. Is runoff ph still valid if say 24-48 hours passes after samples are collected ? I can only sometimes bring samples to the probe. Gonna go forward with a 1:1 water soil mix test and will let you know what happens.

low-had to cut cost somewhere but for 2nd grow planning to have a probe at home albeit ~20$ knockoff.

Yeah, I used the shaker kit for a while but ultimately need an EC meter to measure nutrient levels and got the Hannah combo...for the price of a 1/4 of good bud, I got a pH/EC meter that will last me a lifetime with good maintenance. Pretty reasonable investment when you amortize it over the pounds of dankness you can grow having it on hand!

So I dug a small sample out of the pots sidewall top 4 inches dry the bottom is still moist. I mixed equal amounts of di h2o with the soil ph = 7.16 my original soil ph before I planted was 7.12 referencing gotoautos ph post most nutrients are available. What would be best for my next watering in I think in 2/3 days. That is what nutes do you think these gals want? On hand I have Mircale grow bloom 1-5-1 or garden 18-18-21, otherwise steer manure /mushroom compost for tea making. And i will check runoff when it happens.
