Let it go. Wrinkled leaves is not unusual for a seedling, and will grow out of it.
I've grown a few Fast Buds and really liked them. Sorry that they have given you hair pulling problems.
Communicate with the vendor/breeder you bought from.

So young, I'd let it grow and see what happens. It could just be trying to grow too fast, and hopefully will soon grow into that (adapt) or grow out of that (become normal).
