I have 2 G8LED RED 90 WATT flowering lights should I use them on early flowering autoflowers

I'd say "Yes," if your current full-spectrum lighting does not meet your bloom phase needs, or if without them you are at the low end of light intensity.

But those lights look like older tech, run hot and with cooling fan? Consider using current tech red/bloom LED lights.

Yes.

Per this spec sheet, those fixtures generate light in the 630-660nm wavelength. That's a "deep red" light but light in that range can be referred to as simply "red". Essentially all grow lights generate light in the wavelength, even dedicated "veg" lights.

Depending on your grow setup, you might want to run them from drop to chop. Unlike blue (480nm) and far red (730nm) photons, 660nm photons don't have a specific impact on plant morphology but they are markedly more electrically efficient than other diodes so you're getting good bang for your buck/euro.

The size of a cannabis crop is a direct result of the amount of light a plant gets. It's a linear/almost linear relationship (depending on whose research you read) so these lights could help increase your yield significantly.
