Hi,

i am growing a single Blackberry Gum Auto on a single pot and 1 reservoir RDWC with Dutch pro Nutes.

The plant is exactly 2 months and 1 day old from the day the cotyledons showed. or at least thats when i started counting from....correct me if thats wrong.

about 4 days ago i had to do some LST on the main cola and bend it or else it was going to hit the grow light! I also removed 4 large fan leaves from the bottom as they were suffering from necrosis which started 2 weeks ago due to my ph pen malfunctioning.

anyway... ever since doing some LST and removing aew leaves the plant hasnt grown... at all.. and it also hasnt gotten any more mass on the buds... everything looks the same as it was 4 days ago except now on the very top leaves i am seing browning spots...

could this have been because of the LST and minor defoliation?

the PH is also dropping very rapidly every couple hours.. i need to keep adding ph up. it drops from 6.1 to 4.7 within a matter of hours.

i was told the plantas transitioning into bloom phase which makes sense and was told to add some bloom nutes along with the grow nutes to help transition. i have done that.. the ph had stablized for few days but now its rapidly dropping again...

any help would be appreciated..

thanks.

Also, i dont know if you can notice but the top half of the plant looks way skinnier than the bottom half... im not sure if thats supposed to be like that or not... :/

The plants look normal but are showing signs of Lock-out. Most likely too much fertilizer. Cal-Mag is the most common offender.

thanks!

i only added about 5ml of cal mag into 30 Liters of water last week. But ill change it out for a fresh reservoir today and use all full bloom nutes as opposed to the transition week where i added 15% bloom ontop of the veg nutes it had.

do i still need to use cal-mag when adding bloom nutes?

I need to know exactly what you will be using. give me pictures of the product labels guaranteed analysis and how much you use. I need to know the starting water PPM and source.

i use dutch pro autoflowering blend of grow A/B and bloom A/B but strangely there is no ingredient table or any indication on what minerals and how much of it is in the solution on the back of the bottle. Nor can you find this info on their website. its very odd

tap water and its 40ppm

i get it to 500ppm or an EC of 1.0 and ph is set to 5.8

Yeah I did a quick look? I cannot help when I do not know whats in the pot?

I recommend you follow their instructions.

Update,

so my plant is still growing vertically it seems, but not by much. i will need to bend some of the tops to avoid hitting the light soon... right now theyre about 4 inches away from the light.. is that too close? im using a 200w full spectrum led, chinese brand.

also, im worried that some of the pistils are turning brown during early flower? could it be light stress?

and... one last thing... the tips of my leaves are progressively getting necrosis.

The ppm currently is 450 (EC 0.8-0.9) and prior to clean res change it was 500. and never exceeded 500 (EC1.0). and the pH is always within range 5.6 - 6.1 but i do my best to keep it at 5.8 stable and its 90% of the time stable at 5.8.

any reasurance or info would be very useless right about now :)
