Hi Andi.
You'll need an Outake fan that can exchange the air 3 times per minute.
You can attach a carbon filter to the out take fan with some ducting - it will quieten down the fan and make the smelly air go away.
You'll also need an air movement fan (or some small PC case fans) that can move your plants around.
You will need a Thermometer and Hygrometer for the correct Temps and Humidty.
When that is all running, you can check the temps - if its too cold, you may need a tube heater, but you may be okay. A good range for lights on temps would be about 75-85f
I would buy a drip tray to fit the area as well as possible - and some little feet for your pots.
This way tou can water to run off ... not get the floor wet and not leave the pot in the run off water. It sometimes help s to raise the humdiy too.
Hope this helps.
All the best
Blue ^_^
