Howdy my fellow growers and connoisseurs of the greatest plant given to man kind, Cannabis. I have learned a VERY valuable lesson this past year in my growing, the IMPORTANCE of maintaing a clean and tidy grow environment. I did not take the time previously to keep the grow room sealed off from pets, (the cats litter box actually was in the same room!), and left open bags of medium in there, dead plant material etc around… Im sure some of you know how it can get… Well I ended up battling White Powdery Mold, Spider Mites, Viruses of some sort, and Fungus Gnats. My grows were suffering greatly because of these issues and the stress it was causing me trying to have my precious ladies survive to harvest became to much. I set a date in my head, tried to plan it out to have meds to last a little bit and I totally stopped growing, i didn't plant a thing for at least 6 weeks, I got the room all cleaned up, the walls scrubbed down, the old tent was tossed, got a smaller 4x4' to replace the old 5x5' tent as I think the 4x4 created better air movement and created more negative pressure which helps with the air flow tremendously, I also got a small intake filter and fan to vent the light, So I am running a fan/filter for the light and fan/filter for the tent, I got them both vented out the tent to a y connector that gets vented out a window.. So far with the 1,000 MH on at 100% temps have stayed a between 76-84….
I kept seeing all these incredible grows being done on here and on other forums of people using coco and it intrigued me.. I have been trying now this will be around round 3 or so trying to get this coco thing figured out… I will say the clones I put in a 32oz cup Grew into monsters and really impressed me with the benefits of coco that it has made me try to stick it through to get it dialed in… I am no where near there and have severally stunted and ruined a few other ladies currently growing in my tent…. They have been embarrassments at best…. but I continue on wards hoping that other will benefit from my mistakes and my learning… I am learning that it may be best if starting seeds in coco to start off maybe in a solo like cup for the first week or two than tier the cup in a larger pot, than you can water around the lower pot to make the plant search for water to really help establish their roots….I also have started some seedlings in some 1 liter air pots and will see how those turn out..
Well on to the grow here, from the girls I got going this Epic Stone Dragon Kush has been put through the exact same abuse as the other ladies and just out shined and has not missed a beat and has seemed to handle what ever has been thrown at her… Seems like she can handle what ever you throw at her… A very very hearty girl.. The internode spacing is a bit tight, but i attribute a lot of that to the leds they were grown under and also the bottom branches that usually go no where on these girl seem to reach for the top, so a strain I would NOT lollipop, maybe a SOG would be good for her..
She is now 31 days old and has just started to throw some pistils and looks to ready to start showing us her goods, I have not measured her but will so I will know when vertical growth stops so I can begin bloom boosters on her.. Do not want to start those off until than… Currently receiving the Canna Line Up at varying amounts with some SM-90 added in, she's in a 1gal Plant Warror pot with Roots Organic CoCo Palma mosquito dunks and great white amended into the soil… Figured now would be a good time to start this journal as the begging stage to me is kinda boring unless your growing the strain yourself and its nice to compare time frame of where your ladies are compared to the other growers… Well without further Ado (lol this StarKiller Og is some very very potent stuff I am smoking on currently, let me share some with you

here she is:

I'll try to update her progress on a weeky basis for you guys...
