Lighting E27 LED? Help?

Was thinking possibly of getting one of these bulbs so when I get a male plant I can pull him out and was hoping a light such as this directly above plant in an open rm would be enough to have the male mature enough to collect his jizz (sorry for being crude couldn't help muswlf)... Don't want to end up crossing everything in my tents with male pollen, was going to go for the paint brush method... Would this bulb be sufficient?

I think all of your ideas are good! Might want to throw in one single 23watt cfl in as well. I wanted that exact same LED light as well.. I wonder why I haven't gotten one at this point..

Should be enough to keep a plant alive dude,give it a try and like Alley said just add a small CFL if u need to.
